Plotter contains a map of the provincial and municipal boundaries of the Netherlands. On this map Plotter can show observations of species (of plants) that it either reads from a file or receives through DDE from another application (like Fynsten).

The latest 32-bit version of Plotter supports a COM interface, which makes it even easier to connect another application to Plotter. Now, you can even access Plotter from macro languages like Word Basic. Here is a screen shot of Plotter.

Fynsten manages a database with observations of species of plants. You can make selections based on a number of criteria, the selected observations are then send to Plotter.

eFlora is an expert system shell (in Dutch) that helps you identify which species of plant you are dealing with. With eFlora you can access different databases (e.g. the one with 950 Dutch species) or create your own!

eFlora comes with a database containing 950 wild flowers, which are present in the Netherlands. The database includes the scientific, dutch, english and frisian names of each species. Also included are pictures of more than 120 species.
